In order to respect your trust, Yzeez guarantees, as a priority, the protection of your personal data as well as the confidentiality of our customers (hereinafter "Your Data").

For complete transparency towards you, and to ensure you a secure use of our Yzeez website in all its available versions and related applications (hereinafter the "Yzeez Site"), we provide information on how we process your data, so that our services are always in line with the respect of your rights. In this way, we ensure the security as well as the confidentiality and non-alteration of your privacy and your data across all of our platforms.

Our policy and we ourselves guarantee that all necessary precautions are taken to protect all of your data and against its disclosure, loss, or alteration. This is why we provide you with all the elements that allow you to easily understand how we process your data. This data will only be kept for the time necessary for the determined management and processing. You will obviously be able to access and modify your data at any time, as it will be available in your personal areas on the Yzeez site.

To these ends, we strive to take all necessary measures to comply with applicable data protection law.

Thus, the undersigned Yzeez commits through this personal data protection policy to respect the essential principles of the European General Data Protection Regulation and French law regarding personal data protection, by providing you with information concerning the existence and modalities of the data processing applied here (paragraph 3), the rights you have regarding your data, as well as by applying these rights ourselves (paragraphs 6 and 10). Any information relating to potential transfers to a third country or recipients is also made available, as is the retention period of the collected data (paragraph 5) and security measures (paragraph 9).

WHO ARE YOU?

When we refer to "you" in this Personal Data Protection Policy, it is simply because it is directly linked to you and concerns you as a Yzeez customer, if you have placed an order on the Yzeez site, as a Yzeez customer if you have created a customer account but have not ordered any products or services, or if you have browsed as a visitor on the Yzeez site without having created a customer account or placed an order.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

3.1. When do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data may be collected if you visit the Yzeez site using cookies, if you create a customer account on the Yzeez site, if you place an order for one of our products or services, or if you agree to be a subscriber to our newsletters (SMS, e-mails).

Your personal data helps us to streamline your navigation on the Yzeez site, as well as to offer you a more personalized experience. This allows us to process your orders as effectively as possible, provide payment in installments, prevent fraud, perform necessary refunds, and manage your customer reviews.

3.2. Your navigation on the Yzeez Site

To allow you to navigate the Yzeez site, we process your data with your consent as the legal basis for doing so.

3.3. Processing your orders

We use your data to be able to handle and process your orders.

Yzeez's legal obligation is the legal basis for processing regarding product recall management. Your consent or our legitimate interest are, depending on the case, the legal basis for processing regarding marketing and commercial prospecting actions. Your consent is the basis for the implementation of "flash" payment.

3.4. Payment in installments

For orders involving payment in installments and for certain customers, your data is processed to be able to offer you this type of payment. The application of the contract between the two parties is the legal basis for data processing. However, your consent remains the foundation for the processing of your banking data.

3.4.1 Klarna

In order to offer you Klarna's payment options, we may need to transmit your personal data to Klarna, including your contact details and order details, so that Klarna can evaluate if you meet the requirements to benefit from them and adapt them to your needs. The transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.

3.5. Customer reviews

To share your reviews with our customers and visitors, and to allow you to leave your review on the Yzeez site, we use your data on the legal basis of your consent or legitimate interest.

3.6. Payment recovery and fraud prevention

We use your data to enable payment recovery and fraud prevention.

Thanks to this, we can also ensure the security of payments.

The application of this contract between the two parties, as well as the legitimate interest of Yzeez as the data controller, are the legal bases for this processing.

3.7. Advertising management operations for Yzeez

Yzeez's advertising management operations are handled through the use of your data.

This will allow us to increase our customer and prospect data, manage maintenance and technical prospect activities, commercial statistics and advertising campaign studies, update the prospecting files of the organization in charge of managing telephone solicitation opt-outs, solicitations, the implementation of our sweepstakes and lotteries or any other promotional operation excluding online gambling and games of chance.

The legal bases for the points mentioned above are the user's consent or the legitimate interest of Yzeez.

WHERE DOES YOUR DATA GO?

Your data is transmitted to several internal Yzeez departments.

It is not sent to third parties, except in the situations specified below:

In order to process your orders, your personal data may be transmitted to several service providers specializing in banking transactions, customer relations, after-sales service, delivery, IT development, site management, or even the provision of warranties or insurance.

For the implementation of payment in installments, your data may be shared with service providers such as payment and transaction centers (banks, etc.), or call centers for managing business processes or customer experience, or, for customer reviews, with a manager for collecting and processing customer reviews.

Yzeez's advertising agency is managed, using your data, for the agency's clients and advertisers.

DATA RETENTION

The data that Yzeez collects is kept only for the time and support necessary for the implementation and fulfillment of the operations mentioned in paragraph 3 of our personal data policy.

We keep certain data collected by Yzeez for a certain period of time.

In active archives for prospects, for 3 years from the customer's last contact (they are therefore accessible by Yzeez services). We do not perform intermediate archiving of this data (as for data representing an administrative interest for certain services, such as for litigation, retention periods are set by the applicable limitation rules).

Regarding our orders, your data will be archived in active archives for 5 years from the end of the customer's use of the orders, and in intermediate archives for 5 years from the end of the retention in active archives. The same applies to customers.

Regarding banking data, it is archived in active archives for the entire validity period of the bank card (plus one day). There is no intermediate archiving performed for banking data.

Cookies, their use, and duration are detailed in paragraph 7 of our policy.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS

6.1. You have the right to request access to, modification of, and rectification of your Data.

6.2. You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your Data.

Important clarification: to do this, you must contest the accuracy of your personal data during the time required for us to verify its compliance. Alternatively, if you believe that our use of your personal data is unlawful and you request a limitation of its use rather than erasure. We no longer need to use your data for the purposes cited in paragraph 3, but your data is still useful for the establishment, exercise, or defense of your legal rights, in the event that you decide to exercise your right to object during the time required for verification to determine whether the legitimate interests we pursue prevail over yours.

6.3. You have the right to request the deletion of your Data.

If you request the deletion of your personal data, Yzeez will still have the possibility of keeping it in an intermediate archive format for the time necessary to fulfill its legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

6.4. You have the right to request the exercise of your right to object to processing used for commercial prospecting purposes.

In case of prospecting by e-mail, you have the right to request modification or unsubscribing from newsletters by clicking on the "unsubscribe" hyperlink available in all newsletters, or by navigating directly to the contact page of the Yzeez site.

In case of prospecting by SMS, it is possible to unsubscribe by sending "STOP SMS" via SMS to 36007, or by navigating to the contact page of the Yzeez site.

6.5. You have the right to transmit post-mortem prerogatives concerning the storage, deletion, and communication of your personal data.

In the absence of such prerogatives, your successors and heirs have the possibility of communicating with Yzeez to be able to access the usage of this data and allow for the "organization and settlement of the deceased's estate" and/or close the account on the site and/or request the cessation of personal data processing.

You can also request that your data not be communicated to a third party in the event of death.

6.6. You have the right to request your right to portability.

6.7. You have the right to withdraw your consent concerning the performance of processing based on this legal basis.

Important clarification: If you decide to withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of the uses made prior to your withdrawal of consent.

6.8. You have the right, whenever you wish, to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
